Architectural Review Approval Form

The Architectural Control Committee will review your request and respond to you in 30 days or less, so please schedule work accordingly. Please understand that most improvements to the exterior of your home and landscape require approval by the committee and/or Board of Directors. See the approval form for additional information on what types of improvements require approval.

Instructions for emailing an approval request
1. Click on the link to the Architectural Review Approval Form above to open the approval form.
2. Fill in the form with details of your request.
3, Type your name in the signature box at the bottom of page 1.
4. Save the completed form on your computer
5. Click on this link: villageatperegrine@warrenmgmt.com
(An email window will pop up.)
6. Attach the approval form that you just saved and add any text you wish to the email message.
7. If you want to include photos, attach them to your email.
8. Send. Your email will be sent to the Property Manager.

Approved Exterior House Colors

These colors are approved colors, however, requests for approval must still be submitted to the ARC, using the approval request form linked above.

If you would like to borrow the color board or color notebooks with approved colors, or if you need further clarification, please contact a member of the

Architectural Review Committee.

The colors listed below are Sherwin Williams colors, but can be color matched at any paint store.
