We Are The Village at Peregrine
The Village at Peregrine, developed in 1997, is a community of 49 custom-built homes on the northwest edge of Colorado Springs in the Rampart Range foothills. All homes are ranch-style, 3,200 to 4,000 sf in size, built on individual, privately owned lots. The Village community encompasses open space areas of mature trees, hoodoo rock outcroppings, landscaped common areas and a variety of wildlife.
Being a part of the mountainside community of Peregrine affords Village residents additional amenities including walking trails, District 20 schools, Blodgett open space, and community activities.
The Village is a low maintenance community where homeowner dues provide services such as lawn maintenance and irrigation, tree spraying, and snow and trash removal. The remainder is allocated to The Peregrine Master Association and Village Reserve account, ensuring that home values remain at their highest level.
The Village Homeowners Association, run by a seven-member volunteer Board, fosters homeowner participation and a sense of community, fairness, and respect.
Board Meetings are held at 3:30 pm on the third Wednesday of the month.
